Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent.
This writ petition has been filed to seek a direction for enquiry into the financial irregularities committed by the office of the respondent no. 3. The writ petition is based on an audit report. It does not show any financial irregularity requiring investigation and for that the criminal proceedings.
Sri Manish Goyal, learned Additional Advocate General submits that all the audit objections were later on considered and with further action sent to the CAG.
In view of the above, we do not find any ground to issue direction for registration of the case for proceedings under Cr.P.C. only on the basis of audit report. The writ petition accordingly fails and is dismissed.
