Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
It has been submitted by the petitioner that his representation dated 16.7.2019 filed before the District Inspector of Schools, Firozabad for payment of salary in the grade of Principal because of he had been appointed and worked as officiating Principal in Inter College, Khairgarh District Firozabad from 12.5.2015 to 31.3.2019 has not yet been decided by District Inspector of Schools and consequently the petitioner has not been paid salary for the aforesaid period.
Considering the circumstances of the case, the District Inspector of Schools, Firozabad is directed to decide the aforesaid representation dated 16.7.2019 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
It is clarified that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
