Learned counsel for the respondent-wife informs the Court that she will come to the Court on 17th August, 2012 to which learned counsel for the appellant has no objection. Parties are directed to appear on 17th August, 2012 so that the reconciliation proceeding may take place. Appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- by way of bank-draft drawn in favour of respondent within a week. The said bank-draft shall be handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent who will pass it to the respondent towards travelling expenses.
