Petitioner seeks disposal of original suit no. 1016 of 2009 filed under section 9 of the Hindu Marriages Act.

After examining the record of the present writ petition, we find no good ground to permit the petitioner to jump the queue. Large number of cases of earlier dates are pending consideration before the court concerned. Therefore, no mandamus as prayed for need be issued. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the court concerned itself for early disposal of the suit.

Writ petition is disposed of.
