1. Heard Mr. Sabhajeet Yadav, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. This application for anticipatory bail has been filed by applicant-Ajay Kumar Gupta in connection with Case Crime No. 75 of 2019, under sections 498A, 304B IPC and Section 3/4 D. P. Act, Police Station-Rajghat, District-Gorakhpur.

Having heard learned counsel for applicant, A.G.A. representing opposite party no.1 and upon perusal of record, the nature of the offence, complicity of the accused and the judgement of the Apex Court in P. Chidambaram Vs. Directorate of Enforcement, AIR 2019 SC 4198, this Court does not find any exceptional circumstance warranting interference under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
4. Accordingly, present application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
