Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after transfer of the petitioner he has been served with a notice to vacate the official accommodation allotted to the petitioner. He further submits that the children of the petitioner are studying and in mid term he is being forced to vacate the official accommodation as the studies of the children will get adversely affected.
In what class the children are studying have not been disclosed in the writ petition. Official accommodation upon transfer has to be vacated.However, in case the petitioner makes a representation before the authority concerned, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
