Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioners is aggrieved by inaction of the respondents in not deciding his claim for payment of certain amount of money for the work done by him.

A State authority is required to act fairly and hence we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and pay whatever amount is found payable to him. In other words, admitted dues should be paid to the petitioners without any delay preferably within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
