By a separate order, passed today, this Court has dismissed Writ A No. 12443 of 2018 (Sujeet Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and Another). In such circumstances, the restraint order seizes to exist. It shall be the concern of the State to proceed with the result declared by the Commission for appointment to the post in question, in accordance with law.
