Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 258 of 2015, under Sections 498A, 304B IPC and Section 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Kaimganj, District Farrukhabad, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
Considering the fact that the applicant is husband and there are as many as three witness have been examined by the court below. The bail application of the applicant was rejected in the year 2016, I find no good ground to exercise my discretion in favour of the applicant at this stage. The bail application of the applicant is hereby rejected.
However considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case the trial court is expected to gear up the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, provided the applicant renders fullest cooperation in early conclusion of the trial.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to file the copy of this order latest by 24 September 2018.
Office is directed to communicate the concern court below for necessary compliance and action within fifteen days.
