By impugned order dated 18.1.2018, the trial Court has partly allowed the amendment application. The plaintiff, being aggrieved by that part of the order by which certain amendment has been rejected, has filed the instant petition.
In the opinion of the Court, the impugned order is amenable to the revisional jurisdiction and, therefore, this Court declines to entertain the instant petition in exercise of its constitutional power under Article 227 of the Constitution.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
