Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.3 of 2019
1. This is an application seeking correction in our judgment dated 26.11.2019 pointing out that paras 3 and 4 appears to have been wrongly transcribed as the same did not relate to issue in the present writ petition.
2. Learned AGA has also confirmed that no final report in this matter has come. On the contrary matter was referred to Mediation Centre, which has failed. It appears that description of some other order has wrongly been transcribed in this writ petition.
3. In view thereof, application is allowed. Paras 3 and 4 of judgment shall stand deleted and substituted by following :
"3. Matter was referred to mediation and as per report submitted by Mediation Center dated 21.01.2019, mediation has failed hence we heard counsel for parties on merits.
4. From perusal of FIR it cannot be said that no offence under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 376, 354 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act is made out hence FIR cannot be quashed."
