This is a second bail application. The first bail application was decided on merits on 28.9.2007 whereby the bail application was rejected.
Heard learned AGA and perused the record.
Perusal of the record shows that in the present matter the FIR was lodged in the year 2007. The allegation against the the applicant is of committing offence under Sections 302, 120B, 34 IPC and 3 (2)(V) Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Several years have already elapsed after lodging the FIR and in all probability, the trial in the court below must have been concluded. No cogent and convincing ground has been taken in the present bail application. Even otherwise also, after perusing the record, I do not find any merit in the present bail application.
The bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
