(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that pursuant to the earlier order, the petitioner is running its unit under observation of the GPCB on compliance of the conditions indicated in the earlier order. Let the petitioner unit run under the same conditions for further period of three months. In case of non-compliance of any of the above conditions, the GPCB will be entitled to mention the matter for further order.

Direct service to GPCB permitted.
