From the perusal of the order dated 12.11.2008 passed by trial Court in Session Trial No. 08 of 2008, under Sections 147, 148, 308, 324, 325 I.P.C., I found no illegality in the order.
Therefore, the revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is vacated.
