JUDGMENT G.P. Srivastva, J.
1. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
2. It is alleged that the applicant and other accused persons cheated the complainant and obtained Rs. 1,75,000/- for appointment in Merchant Navy. Besides that there is a criminal history of as many as five cases. All similar in nature against the applicant, it has been alleged in the counter affidavit that in order to grab the money so cheated the applicant lodged the F.I.R. in Case Crime No. 141 of 2005 which was after investigation found false. It has further been alleged that the applicant and his family members had cheated a number of persons on the pretext of providing services in Merchant Navy.
3. In the circumstances of the case I am of the opinion that the applicant does not deserve bail. The bail application is rejected.
