Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the learned C.M.M. Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 21229 of 2009, under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(1) X SC/ST Act, P.S. Kakadeo District Kanpur Nagar arising out of case crime no.37 of 2009 within a definite period.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned C.M.M. Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 21229 of 2009, under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(1) X SC/ST Act, P.S. Kakadeo District Kanpur Nagar arising out of case crime no.37 of 2009 in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible.
