JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard on the impleadment application.
The ground mentioned in the affidavit filed along with the application appears to be sufficient. Therefore, the impleadment application is allowed . Leave to amend the writ petition is granted. The petitioner is permitted to implead Sri Kishan Singh Atauria, Principal Secretary in the department of Irrigation, Govt. of U.P., Sri Awadhoo Ram Engineer -in-Chief, Irrigation Department U.P. Lucknow and Sri Latoo Ram Superintending Engineer, Irrigation Works Circle Sitapur as opposite parties No. 2,3, and 4. Steps be taken within a week. Notices be issued to the newly impleaded opposite party returnable at an early date.
