Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
By means of this application u/s 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant has prayed for expediting the criminal proceedings of Criminal Appeal No. 42 of 2017 (Case No. 493 of 2015) (Ajai Kumar Prajapati v. State of U.P. and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 428 of 2015, under Sections 419, 420 & 504 I.P.C., Police Station- Rasara, District- Ballia, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Ballia.
Learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection if any direction is issued for disposal of the said proceedings in time bound period.
Without entered into the merits of the case, it is hereby directed that the criminal proceedings of the aforesaid case shall be concluded by the court below expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law and looking to the Roster and the priority on the basis of the other expedited proceedings under the orders of this Court issued from time to time.
The application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
