JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw the petition filed by the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2016, before the Subordinate Judge at Tirupattur ad transfer to the Sub-Court at Krishnagiri.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent is going to withdraw the HMOP No.95 of 2016 filed before Sub court, Tirupattur and therefore, it is not necessary to pass any orders in this transfer petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2016 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Tirupathur and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Krishnagiri, if the petitioner has not withdrawn the petition H.M.O.P.No.95 of 2016, as stated above, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 29.06.2017 rgr To
