This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.05.2019 wherein the stay application of the petitioner has been rejected.
Learned Standing Counsel however submits that no useful purpose would be served by adjudicating the order dated 22.05.2019 as much time has elapsed since the passing of the order.
It is, therefore, directed that the appeal itself being Appeal no. C201901000000834 be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, unless there is any other legal impediment.
If any action is taken for appointing another dealer, the same shall be subject to the decision of the Appeal.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
