JUDGMENT / ORDER

Time to remove office objections is granted upto 3rd April 2012, failing which matter shall be dismissed for non prosecution. If the objections are not removed on or before aforesaid date, Registry is directed to notify the matter on 9.4.2012 for appropriate order for dismissing the same for non prosecution.
