This criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist against the judgement and order dated 08.07.2019 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Auraiya in Criminal Misc. Case No. 205 of 2015 (Smt. Baby alias Farida Begam Vs. Aitsam alias Bhoore, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Ayana District- Auraiya, whereby learned court below has awarded maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the wife/opposite party no. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.
Counsel has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness, much less than any abuse of court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order. By the impugned order only Rs.5,000/- per month has been awarded to the wife/opposite party no. 2 as a matter of maintenance which in the present days of high price rise cannot be said to be either excessive or disproportionate. The impugned order contains discussion of facts and circumstances of the case and is a well reasoned order. There is no good reason to interfere in the impugned order.
The revision lacks merit and stands dismissed.
