JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the appellants, Sri J.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. and perused the lower court record.
In this case short term bail application has been moved before the Special Judge, Gangster Act, Varanasi, the same has been rejected, but on behalf of the applicants no regular bail application has been moved before the Special Judge, Gangster Act, Varanasi.
The learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted two weeks time to move a regular bail. In case, the regular bail application is rejected, the applicants may file regular bail application before this court.
