Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions, submits that the children of the petitioner have been granted admission in the respondent no. 4 institution in Class VIth and VIIth on 05.07.2019.
Ms. Alkama Jafri, learned counsel, holding brief of Sri Nasir Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid submission.
The cause on which the writ petition was founded does not survive.
The writ petition is dismissed in terms of the submissions made by learned Standing Counsel on the foot of instructions received.
The instructions are made part of the record.
