Being a cross case with regard to same incident, an offence under Section 307 IPC, let the applicant Aijaj alias Pintu, be released on bail subject to furnishing two sureties of Rs.20,000/- and a personal bond of like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in Case Crime No.5076/2010, under Section 147/148/149/307 P.S. Kotwali District Unnao.
