When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Jeyaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that G.O.No.75, Finance (Pension) Department has been annulled and a new Government Order has been passed in G.O.No.218, Finance (Pension) Department dated 27.6.2003.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
