BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES This Note for Speaking to Minutes has been preferred by the applicant-Company in Company Application No.35 of 2012 in Company Petition No.213 of 2007, wherein it is stated that in Paragraph-6 of the order dated 13.06.2012, passed in the abovementioned application, the area of the plot in question has been wrongly typed as "9908" square metres instead of "9980" square metres, which appears in the title documents of the said plot and is the correct measurement.
Heard Mr.Vandan Baxi, learned advocate for M/s.Nanavati Associates for the applicant and perused the Note for Speaking to Minutes as well as the order dated 13.06.2012.
Upon perusal of the record, it is found that a typographical mistake has, indeed, been made in Paragraph-6 where the area of the plot of land has been wrongly mentioned as "9908" square metres whereas it should have been mentioned as "9980" square metres.
The Registry is directed to issue a fresh Writ of the order dated 13.06.2012, passed in Company Application No.35 of 2012 in Company Petition No.213 of 2007, wherein, in Paragraph-6 of the order, the measurement of Plot No.104 shall be stated as "9980" square metres instead of "9908" square metres.
The Note for Speaking to Minutes is accordingly disposed of.
