In response to the notice issued by this Court, Mr.Tarunkumar Prasad is present today on behalf of I.D.B.I. Bank-respondent no.2. As per the affidavit dated 16.04.2012, respondent no.2 has enlisted the documents.
Mr.Tarunkumar Prasad as authorized person of respondent no.2-Bank further states that documents in origin mentioned in the list annexed along with affidavit are handed over to the learned counsel for the applicant today. Documents are examined by the representative of the applicant who is present in the Court and the same are found in the order.
As far as Prayer-B in the present application is concerned, the official liquidator shall get the lands measured through DILR and shall submits its report on 03.05.2012. A copy of this order shall also be served upon the District Inspector of Land Records, Ahmedabad. S.O. to 03.05.2012.
The official liquidator is further directed to render explanation to this Court as to how there is discrepancy in the area mentioned in the notice and the documents of the G.I.D.C. by the next date of hearing along with the details of the actual measurement of the land in question on the date on which the possession was taken as per the order of this Court.
