1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card. They have married against their parents' wishes under the provisions of Muslim law on 27.08.2019.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner no.1-Smt. Aisha, was born on 03.05.1998 and the petitioner no.2-Amit Kumar @ Ibrahim was born on 25.06.1990 as per High School Certificate. They have solemnized marriage out of their own sweet will and the family members are harassing them.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Kotwali Saharanpur, District Saharanpur, who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
