Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the workman concerned was afterwards reinstated also. Documentary evidence in support of his contention shall also be filed on next the date.
In this case stay order for limited period was granted. Learned counsel shall also ascertain as to whether proceedings before the labour court restarted after the expiry of the period of stay or not and what is the latest position.
