1. The present revision has been filed against the order of the Trade Tax Tribunal, Bareilly Bench, Bareilly dated 10.11.2006 in Second Appeal No.22 of 2005 for A.Y. 1999-2000.
2. The facts of the present case are identical to the facts of Sales/Trade Tax Revision No. 1590 of 2006 (M/S Ahuja Sales Corporation Thru Prop. Anil Ahuja Vs. The Commissioner of Trade Tax, U.P. Lucknow), which has been decided today by a separate order.
3. For the same reasoning and on the same terms, the present revision is also dismissed.
