JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. All these applications have been preferred by the respective applicants-parties to Civil Revision Application No. 263/2006 for respective prayers sought in the respective applications making allegation and counter allegations with respect to the breach of the interim order passed by this Court.
2. Today, when all these applications are taken up for hearing, there is broad consensus between the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties to dispose of the present applications by directing the parties to maintain status-quo prevailing at the time when Civil Revision Application No. 263/2006 was preferred, however, the same shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respective parties in other proceedings, which are already initiated and disposal of the present applications may not come in the way of the respective parties and the authorities to proceed further with other proceedings.
3. In view of the above, all these applications are disposed of by directing the parties to maintain status-quo prevailing at the time of filing the Civil Revision Application and/or granting the interim relief granted on 08/11/2006. However, the same shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respective parties in other proceedings, which might have been initiated and dismissal of the present applications in terms of the present order shall not come in the way of other proceedings, which shall be considered in accordance with law and on its own merits as by this applications, this Court has not expressed anything on merits in favour of either parties.
4. With this, the present applications are disposed of. Rule is discharged in Civil Application No. 10336/2007. In the facts and circumstances of the case, Registry is directed to notify the main Civil Revision Application No. 283/2006 for final hearing on 25/04/2012.
