Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
By means of this application, the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of case being Complaint Case No. 1903 of 2014 (New No.329 of 2014) (Ahsan Gazi vs. Mohd. IIiyas) pending since 2014 in court of learned Magistrate (Ist Class) District Bulandshahar.
Learned A.G.A. states that no useful purpose would be served in issuing notice and keeping this application pending before this Court and it may be disposed of at this stage itself.
Considering the limited grievance of the learned counsel for the applicant learned Magistrate (Ist Class) District Bulandshahar is directed to make an endeavour to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
