Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents are not allowing the petitioner and his family members to use the main gate of their house.
The petitioner, therefore, wants the District Administration to take legal action against the private respondent nos.7 to 10 so that their right may be protected. The dispute as raised by the petitioner appears to be a private dispute between the petitioner and the respondent nos.7 to 10. In case, the private respondents are illegally restraining the petitioner from using any property, the petitioner may take recourse to proceedings before civil court or may lodge an F.I.R. or a complaint as the case may be if the private respondents are taking law into their own hands.
The writ petition for the above purpose is not the appropriate remedy, it ,accordingly, stands disposed of.
