Ahmedbhai vs State

This application under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with a prayer to quash and set aside the order dated 23.4.2012 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Ahmedabad Rural enlarging the accused of the offences punishable under Section 143, 323, 324, 326, 504, 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code registered with C.R. No. I-14 of 2012 by imposing suitable conditions in accordance with law, do not warrant any interference in exercise of powers under Section 439(2) of the Code.

No case is made out. The application is rejected. Notice discharged.
