In view of the order dated 01.11.2012 the petitioner had to immediately deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) which the petitioner has not deposited until now.
On the said condition, Notice was directed to be issued. Since the Notice was made returnable today, the petition is listed for hearing.
Today, learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that due to certain difficulties the petitioner could not deposit the amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) as per the order dated 01.11.2012. However, petitioner will deposit the said amount today and he is also ready and willing to deposit the balance amount as per the supplementary bill within reasonable time.
Time to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- as per the order dated 01.11.2012 is extended till today i.e. 10th December 2012. The amount shall be deposited on or before 5:00 p.m. today. After the petitioner places on record the receipt acknowledging the deposit of the amount, the petition will be heard further. If the petitioner fails to deposit the amount then the petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution.
