1. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed to clarify the order dated 29.06.2012.
2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The present application is misconceived inasmuch as the order is very clear since any person includes everyone. Hence, no case is made out for clarification. The application therefore stands rejected.
