1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Chhaya appearing for the applicant-petitioner.
2. The applicant has taken out present application with a request that the order dated 21/04/2010 passed by this Court in main petition being Special Civil Application (Stamp) No.1226 of 2010 may be recalled.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by learned advocate for the applicant and reasons mentioned in the application, satisfactory ground to accept the request is made out as the applicant has given satisfactory explanation in the application. Hence, request as prayed for is accepted. The order dated 21/04/2010 passed by this Court is recalled on condition that the petitioner shall remove all office objections on or before 07/03/2012 and the office is directed to restore Special Civil Application (Stamp) No.1226 of 2010 to its original file. If the office objections are not removed on or before 07/03/2012 then the petition shall automatically stands dismissed without reference to the Court.
4. With the aforesaid clarification, present application stand disposed of.
5. The registry is directed to restore main petition to its original file on compliance of aforesaid condition.
