2. On behalf of Mr. Gori, learned advocate for the respondent No.5, also request for adjournment is made by one of the workers / members of the respondent No.5 - union on the ground that due to illness of his relative, Mr. Gori, learned advocate for the respondent No.5, is not able to attend the Court proceedings today.

2. Even this Court by further order dated 15.3.2012 granted time at the request of Mr. Yadav, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator as Mr. Yadav has expressed inability to comply with the earlier order as the secured creditors are yet to give the required details because of which the Chartered Accountant is not in a position to comply with the earlier directions issued by this Court in the present application.
3. Mr.
Yadav submits that the proper directions should be issued to the secured creditors directing them to furnish those details. It would be open for the Official Liquidator to file an appropriate application before this Court for such directions. To enable Mr. Yadav to take appropriate steps, S.O. to 24.4.2012.
