In view of the order passed earlier, learned counsel, Mr.Bhavdutt Bhatt for Tanna Associates has stated that he has no instruction inspite of the efforts made.

In the circumstances, the present First Appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution due to lack of instruction. However, liberty is reserved in case of difficulty.
