JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocate Mrs. VD Nanavati for the applicant.
It appears from the impugned judgment that the acquittal is recorded on the ground of breach of Rules 14 and 17 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules, 1955.
In the facts of the case, leave to appeal is granted. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
