(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Ms.Jhaveri, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, states that pending the appeal, in One-time Settlement Scheme, the respondent has paid the amount of Rs.44,625/- and she has been communicated accordingly as per the letter dated 15.6.2012 of the Corporation and she is not pressing the present appeal in view of the aforesaid settlement and payment of tax.

Mr.Mehul Mehta, learned Counsel for the respondent, states that he has no instruction in the matter.

Disposed of as not pressed.
