Learned counsel Mr.Rajesh Chauhan appearing with Mr.Munshaw for respondent no.1 could not raise any objection to the application being granted. No one is present for respondent no.2, though served. Under the circumstances, the application is allowed and Rule is made absolute with no order as to costs. Main Letters Patent Appeal No.206 of 1984 shall stand restored to the file and may be listed for hearing in the fourth week of April 2012.
