This note has been circulated at the instance of respondents, bringing it to the notice of this Court that there is an error in noting the correct date of retirement of Dr. Ranjanaben Shah from service. In the judgment and order dated 20th January, 2012, the date of retirement of Dr. Ranjanaben Shah from service has been shown as April, 1988. As a matter of fact, Dr. Ranjanaben Shah retired from service around April, 1998.
This correction be effected in the original judgment and order dated 20th January, 2012. Certified copy of the judgment and order, if issued any, also be corrected accordingly. The note stands disposed of.
