JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L. SONI) First appeal has already been admitted. SO far as this Civil Application is concerned, this Civil Application has been pending since 3.04.2001. In view of this passage of time, we do not think it proper to grant any stay against the impugned order passed by the Small Cause Court. Accordingly, this Civil Application is dismissed. However, we think it proper to fix the main matter for final hearing. Accordingly, the main matter being First Appeal No. 3197 of 2004 is fixed for final hearing on 15th March,2012.
