Learned counsel, Ms.Jirga Jhaveri for the appellant-Corporation states that according to the Rules, this municipal valuation appeal is required to be placed before the Division Bench and, therefore, appropriate order may be passed.

The registry is, therefore, directed to place this matter before the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice for appropriate orders for placing it before the appropriate bench.
