Ad interim relief is granted in terms of para 3(b) is granted on condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire awarded amount with interest with the trial Court within a period of six weeks from today. On amount being deposited, the amount shall be invested by way of fixed deposit with any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year in the name of Nazir and thereafter, on maturity, the fixed deposit shall be renewed from time to time. If the amount is not deposited, ad interim relief granted by this Court shall stands automatically vacated.
Office is directed to call for Record and Proceedings from the concerned Court on or before before next returnable date.
