JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The applicant/prisoner has taken-out this application from jail for seeking parole leave for filing of appeal. The rejection order makes clear that when the surety is not traceable and fact that the appeal is dismissed long back, the applicant then does not deserves to be granted any parole leave. The application is rejected. The applicant/prisoner be informed accordingly.
