Mehta, learned Advocate, waives notice of rule on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4. DIRECT SERVICE qua rest of the respondents is permitted.

By way of ad-interim-relief, the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and decree is STAYED. It is, further, provided that both the sides shall maintain STATUS QUO in respect of the ownership and possession of the property in question.
