Fufaida Ahmed, Baby Kum. Rumaisa Ahmed, and Baby Kum.Madiha Ahmed.
At the time of hearing, both the learned counsel have represented that the subject matter of the appeal is settled out of Court by way of compromise, and to that extent they have filed the terms of compromise before the Court.
Recording the same, the appeal is closed in terms of the said compromise. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed accordingly. No costs.
